When and where are you opening?
Pinpoint opens in 2027 in Newtonville, convenient to the Greater Boston region. The space is roughly 3,000 square feet, with five premium bays: three with moving swing plates and two built for adaptive play. Until the doors open, you can lock a founding rate with a $149 deposit. It goes toward your first month and is fully refundable until we open, and we'll keep you posted as the build progresses.
What are your hours?
There are two sets of hours, by design. Members get fob access across the full operating window; non-members can book during staffed hours only. The specific operating hours are still being finalized and will be announced before we open. We plan to be open every week of the year.
How do I book a bay?
Members reserve bays from their account online or in the app and enter with a programmable fob any time the bays are open, including the unstaffed early mornings and late nights that walk-ins cannot book. Non-members book on the Book a Bay page during staffed hours, or check in at the front desk. Either way the reservation is held by bay, so it covers everyone you bring, up to the bay's four-player capacity.
Do I have to be a member to play?
No, anyone can play. Non-members book a bay at the walk-in rate during staffed hours and pay per bay, not per person. Members get a pool of included bay hours every month, fob access during all operating hours, priority booking up to 30 days out, and a member rate on any time beyond their included hours: half the walk-in rate during staffed hours, or a flat $25 per hour during unstaffed access.
How much does membership cost?
Memberships run from $175 per month for Solo Essential up to $989 per month for Pack Premium, across three group sizes (Solo, Duo, Pack) and two tiers (Essential, Premium). Billing is monthly or annual, where annual is two months free. Every plan includes a monthly pool of bay hours, shared across the membership for Duo and Pack. The Membership page has the full matrix and what each tier includes.
What simulators do you use?
Every bay runs Golfzon TwoVision NX, the platform used at top indoor facilities worldwide. Three bays add both-handed moving swing plates that tilt across 64 directions to mirror real lies. Paired with native 4K projection and ultra-low-latency rendering, the work you put in indoors carries to the course.
Where do I park?
Off-street parking is directly across the street.
Can I bring guests?
Yes. Because bookings are made by bay rather than by player, a member can bring up to three guests on any booking at no additional cost, up to the bay's four-player capacity. It works the same for a non-member booking a walk-in bay: the rate is per bay, so the whole group is covered.
